Return Policy

Before returning any filter products to FMS, you must first call (888) 868 - 5891 to report your return and receive a RAN (return authorization number) which is to be placed on the bottom of your shipping label.

FMS Filters pledges to promptly replace or refund any filters which are:

• Damaged or broken.
• Incorrectly shipped (you received the wrong filters). We ship the new filters upon receiving the ones you send.

If you wish to return any filters which do not meet the conditions outlined above:

• You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
• You will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of order total.
